"Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon in June. I searched 'AC repair near me' and called NOVAK. They were at our house within two hours. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and had us back up and running before dinner. I won't call anyone else."

"We replaced our 18-year-old unit with a new American Standard system installed by NOVAK. The whole process was smooth — they helped us pick the right size for our home, the installation crew was clean and respectful, and the new system is incredibly quiet and efficient. Highly recommend."

"I've had other AC companies try to upsell me on things I didn't need. NOVAK was completely different. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a straight quote, and fixed it for exactly what they said. That kind of honesty is rare. They've earned a customer for life."

Homosassa, FL
"I've been using NOVAK for my annual AC tune-up for three years now. They always show up on time, do a thorough job, and take the time to explain what they found. My system is 10 years old and still running great because of their maintenance program."

"Called NOVAK on a Monday morning when our AC stopped cooling. They had someone out the same day — during a heat wave! The tech found a refrigerant leak, fixed it on the spot, and our house was cool again by afternoon. Incredible service."
James & Debra K.
Lecanto, FL
"What I love about NOVAK is that they feel like a real local business, not a franchise. The owner actually came out to give us a quote on a new system. He spent 45 minutes with us, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed. That's the kind of service you just don't get from the big chains."

"We specifically wanted an American Standard system and looked for an authorized dealer in Citrus County. NOVAK came highly recommended by our neighbors. The installation was flawless and the system has been running perfectly for four months. Worth every penny."
